1. Full Body Stretch
Begin by stretching your entire body. Interlace your fingers and extend your arms above your head while stretching your legs downward. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat this 3 to 5 times to loosen your muscles and improve circulation.
2. Diaphragmatic Breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing helps stimulate your digestive system and relax your body. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your abdomen like a balloon. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Perform 10 to 15 deep breaths to feel revitalized.
3. Pelvic Lift
This exercise engages your core and pelvic muscles. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the bed. Slowly lift your pelvis upwards, hold for a few seconds, and lower it back down. Repeat this movement 10 to 15 times. Focus on tightening your core and pelvic muscles as you lift.
4. Dead Bug Movement
For a light core workout, lie on your back with your legs raised at a 90-degree angle. Lower one leg toward the bed while extending the opposite arm. Return to the starting position and switch sides. Repeat for 10 to 20 repetitions. This exercise improves coordination and strengthens your core.
5. Dynamic Arm and Leg Stretch
Finish your routine with a dynamic stretch. Extend your arms upward and legs downward simultaneously. Then, pull your arms and legs together, mimicking a crunching motion. Perform 8 to 10 repetitions to activate multiple muscle groups and enhance flexibility.
